I recently had to repaint my front door due to a previous botched job done by some painters/union workers. Their lack of proper preparation was evident as the door felt rough like sandpaper and had severe chipping issues. I meticulously sanded the door using a 220 orbital sander, ensuring a smooth surface. After that, I applied a primer and proceeded to spray five coats of emerald urethane, sanding between each coat to achieve the desired flawless finish. Now, not only does the door feel incredibly smooth. I couldn't be prouder of my daughter as she graduates from Orchard Farm High School, marking the end of an incredible chapter in her life. It feels like just yesterday when she embarked on this educational journey, filled with countless hours of hard work, determination, and growth. Seeing her walk across the stage, wearing that cap and gown, fills my heart with immense joy and a touch of bittersweet nostalgia. As she stands on the precipice of adulthood, I am filled with admiration for her decision to join the Marines in September, where she will embark on a new and challenging journey in her life. Her courage, dedication, and sense of duty are truly remarkable. While the path ahead may be demanding, I have no doubt that she will excel and make a profound impact. With each passing day, my pride in her accomplishments only grows, and I am excited to witness the incredible achievements she will undoubtedly accomplish as she follows her dreams.
